Jonathan D. Landua
Associate Jonathan D. Landua defends self-insured employers, insurance companies and third-party administrators in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware against workers’ compensation claims.
Prior to joining Burns White, Mr. Landua served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Delaware Court of Common Pleas. In addition, he held internship positions at the Chester County District Attorney’s Office and the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas during law school.
Mr. Landua graduated in 2014 from Widener University School of Law, where he served as Vice President of the Moot Court Honor Society, President of the International Law Society, and a Board Member of the American Association of Justice. Mr. Landua received a B.A. in Political Science from West Chester University in 2005.
Mr. Landua is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. He is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Bar Associations.
