Responsible for supporting multiple attorneys in their day-to-day practice, completing various administrative tasks, and serving as a point of contact and providing customer service to clients. Coordinate workflow to/from the Production Center, ensuring work is completed within deadlines and according to attorneys’ specifications. Make travel arrangements, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal logistics for space and other needs. Review client work products and get them out the door. Maintain filing systems (primarily electronic). At least two years’ experience as a Legal Assistant/Legal Secretary; litigation experience preferred. Strong skills in MS Office, organization, prioritization, communication, and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and other contacts.
