C. Jason R. Malaran
Biography
C. Jason R. Malaran is an Associate in the firm’s Healthcare and Long-Term Care practice group and is located in the Cherry Hill, New Jersey office. Mr. Malaran focuses his practice on defending long-term care providers and medical care professionals against medical malpractice, professional liability, and general liability claims.
Prior to joining Burns White, Mr. Malaran served as a Judicial Law Clerk for The Honorable Janetta D. Marbrey, J.S.C., in the Mercer Vicinage – Criminal Division in Trenton, New Jersey.
Mr. Malaran received his Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School – Camden where he participated in Temple University’s study-abroad program, attending the Japan Campus in Tokyo, Japan. While at Rutgers Law School, he also served as President of the International Law Society and Vice-President of the Asian-Pacific American Law Student Association (APALSA). He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Psychology, cum laude, from Rutgers University.
He is admitted to practice law in the state of New Jersey.
