Biography
Chernor S. Bah is an Associate in Burns White’s Cherry Hill, New Jersey office. He focuses his practice on defending physicians, hospitals, and long-term care facilities in medical malpractice and healthcare liability matters.
Mr. Bah brings a unique dual background in law and medicine to his practice. Prior to joining the firm, he represented healthcare providers in administrative appeals involving denied insurance claims. In addition to practicing law, Mr. Bah is a licensed Registered Nurse with more than a decade of clinical experience in post-anesthesia and critical care settings.
Mr. Bah earned his Juris Doctor from Cleveland State University College of Law, where he concentrated in International and Comparative law and received a certificate in that field. He earned his Associate of Science in Nursing from Trident Technical College and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in International Relations and Political Science from College of Charleston.
Mr. Bah is admitted to practice law in Ohio and Washington, D.C.
