Biography
Emily C. Kelley is a Member in the firm’s Baltimore, Maryland office. Ms. Kelley focuses her practice on defending healthcare providers and medical professionals against professional and general liability matters.
Prior to joining Burns White, Ms. Kelley served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Maryland where she represented the Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services. Prior to that, she worked at multiple insurance defense firms practicing in the areas of general liability, medical malpractice, and toxic torts.
Ms. Kelley received her Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Towson University.
Ms. Kelley is licensed to practice law in the State of Maryland and the United States District Court for the District of Maryland.
