Biography
Lauren M. Banton is a Member in the firm’s Philadelphia office. Ms. Banton focuses her practice on defending healthcare providers and medical professionals against professional and general liability matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Banton was an attorney at a Philadelphia firm where she represented professionals including lawyers, real estate agents, accountants and insurance agents in professional liability matters. She also defended trucking companies in accident-related claims alleging personal injury, catastrophic loss and property damage.
Ms. Banton received her Juris Doctor from Temple University Beasley School of Law where she received the Outstanding Oral Argument in Legal Research & Writing award, and the Distinguished Class Performance in sales and International Intellectual Property award. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration from Temple University Fox School of Business.
Ms. Banton is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the state of New Jersey, and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
