Randall H. McKinney
Biography
Randall H. McKinney is a Member in the firm’s Railroad Law Practice Group, representing Class I and short line railroads in cases that involve allegations of personal and occupational injuries and wrongful death.
Prior to joining Burns White, Mr. McKinney was in private practice where he litigated felony and misdemeanor trials to verdict. He was also an associate at a Pittsburgh firm, representing clients in corporate and commercial litigation matters across a broad spectrum of industries.
Mr. McKinney received his Juris Doctor from Temple University, Beasley School of Law. He is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University, receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Public Policy and Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science. Mr. McKinney also attended the Woodrow Wilson School of Public Affairs at Princeton University where he studied economics, statistics and public policy in preparation for his graduate studies.
Mr. McKinney is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania.
