Heather J. Dippold is an Associate in Burns White’s Energy Practice Group. An experienced title attorney, she has extensive knowledge in all areas of energy title law in Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia.
With a focus on transactional and regulatory matters in the energy industry, Ms. Dippold offers legal analysis and insights related to oil, gas and mineral laws that impact her clients. She drafts and reviews certified title opinions, examines and processes relevant real estate documents, and appraises leasehold acreage for procurement. Prior to Burns White, Ms. Dippold worked as an in-house title attorney for a publicly-held oil and gas company.
A graduate of Duquesne University School of Law, Ms. Dippold was recognized in Who’s Who Among American Law Students, and served as the President of the Public Interest Law Association. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Clarion University of Pennsylvania. While an undergraduate, Ms. Dippold was a member of Alpha Sigma Tau sorority, where she served on the Executive Board.
Ms. Dippold is admitted into practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the state of Ohio, and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
