Holli K. Bott
Attorney Holli K. Bott focuses her practice on Healthcare and Long-Term Care law defending doctors, hospitals, and long-term care health facilities in medical malpractice and liability matters. Well-versed in a variety of legal areas, Ms. Bott’s diverse experience includes preparing complaints, petitions, motions and briefs for labor and employment, family, personal injury, and breach of contract issues.
Ms. Bott graduated from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law where she held leadership positions in the Association of Women Law Students, worked in the law school’s Admissions Office, and volunteered for the Income Tax Assistance Program. She previously worked at an employment and personal injury firm in Kingston, Pennsylvania.
Ms. Bott received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Scranton, cum laude, and served as a law clerk for the Honorable Andrew Jarbola in the Court of Common Pleas of Lackawanna County. She is admitted into practice in Pennsylvania, and is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, as well as both the Lackawanna and Luzerne County bar associations.
