Jenna R. DiFrancesco

Jenna R. DiFrancesco is the chair of the Real Estate Group at Burns White, where she primarily focuses her practice on a wide range of transactional matters. Jenna regularly advises a diverse array of individuals and business clients on a variety of real estate issues. She has experience negotiating and drafting various real estate agreements, including leases, easements, deeds, purchase and sale agreements and financing documentation. Jenna also regularly represents developers and home owners associations in establishing and managing planned communities and condominiums. She has helped individuals and businesses save money on through successful representation of clients at real estate tax assessment appeals.

In addition to her real estate experience, Jenna brings a unique and seasoned perspective to the firm’s Energy practice. As the former title department manager at Rice Energy, Jenna was a key player in supporting the company’s expanding operations in Pennsylvania and Ohio, and has extensive title experience in both states. She was also responsible for developing and managing a full abstracting team, title administration team, and final review program for Rice’s leaseholds in Pennsylvania and Ohio.

Prior to joining Rice Energy, Jenna worked as an Associate at Wiest, Muolo, Noon and Swinehart in Sunbury, Pennsylvania, focusing on real estate and family law matters. A licensed title agent, she helped to establish protocol and tracking systems for the firm’s real estate department, in addition to closing multiple commercial and residential real estate transactions.

Jenna graduated with a J.D. from the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville, where she was a member of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society, Women’s Law Caucus, as well as a contributor to the Journal of Law and Education. During law school, she volunteered at the Kentucky Division of Child Abuse and Domestic Violence, Susquehanna Valley Women in Transition, and the Louisville Divorce Clinic. Jenna received a B.A. in Government and Political Affairs from Millersville University.
