Jude J. Steininger
Jude J. Steininger is an Associate in the Healthcare and Long-Term Care Group. His practice primarily involves defending nursing homes, healthcare facilities, and medical professionals in nursing home and medical malpractice litigation.
Prior to joining Burns White, Mr. Steininger was an Associate at Sweeney & Sheehan, P.C. in Philadelphia focusing in the areas of products liability, premises liability, and general liability. While at Sweeney & Sheehan, Mr. Steininger co-authored, Not Just Fun and Games: Assumption of Risk, Liability Waivers and Exculpatory Clauses in Recreational Settings, which appeared in U.S. Law Magazine’s 2015 Spring/Summer issue.
Mr. Steininger graduated from the Villanova University School of Law in 2014, where he served as an Online Editor of the Villanova Law Review. Mr. Steininger’s Note, Shortsighted Response to Reverse Payments: How the Third Circuit May Cause Consumers to “Pay for the Delay” of New Drug Development, was published in Villanova Law Review’s Tolle Lege. He received a B.S. in Economics from the Pennsylvania State University Smeal College of Business in 2011.
Mr. Steininger is licensed to practice in law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
