Kirsten B. Hare
Kirsten B. Hare brings more than 25 years of experience in professional liability litigation to the firm’s Healthcare and Long-Term Care Group, where she defends hospitals, physicians, residents, and nurses in major medical malpractice matters.
Ms. Hare also serves as an independent arbitrator in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas Compulsory Arbitration Program.
Prior to joining Burns White, Ms. Hare worked for a midsize Philadelphia-area law firm, handling all phases of litigation and case management of medical malpractice cases.
Ms. Hare graduated from Temple University Beasley School of Law, cum laude, in 1991. She received a B.A. in Political Science and History, magna cum laude, in 1988 from the University of Delaware.
Ms. Hare is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
