Paula Lozano Parisi

Paula Lozano Parisi is Of Counsel in the firm’s Tampa, Florida office, focusing her practice in the areas of medical malpractice defense, long-term care defense and general civil litigation.  Ms. Parisi represents numerous Florida hospitals, physicians of all specialties, nurses, advanced nurse practitioners, and physician assistants.

Ms. Parisi has focused her professional practice in Texas and Florida as a medical malpractice litigation and trial attorney since 2002.  She has taken various cases to trial, including wrong level surgeries, nerve damage resulting from blood donation, failure to diagnose stroke, birth related injuries and catastrophic brain injuries, to name a few.  Ms. Parisi regularly participates in speaking engagements relative to medical malpractice and nursing home care.

Ms. Parisi has been honored by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star and recognized by the Attorney At Law Magazine Greater Tampa Bay division as an Attorney to Watch.
