Saeed A. Rizvi
Saeed A. Rizvi is a Healthcare and Long-Term Care Associate at Burns White’s Cherry Hill, New Jersey office. His practice consists of a wide range of complex civil litigation matters, including the defense of nursing homes, healthcare facilities, and medical professionals in medical malpractice, professional liability, and general liability claims.
Prior to joining Burns White as a full-time attorney, Mr. Rizvi served as a judicial law clerk for The Hon. Susan L. Claypoole in the Civil Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey. As a law clerk, Mr. Rizvi conducted legal research pertaining to various issues in New Jersey Civil Law, prepared bench memoranda and orders, served as a liaison between opposing counsel, and mediated claims brought before the court’s Special-Civil Part.
Mr. Rizvi is a graduate of Rutgers Law School. At Rutgers, he was a recipient of the Dean’s Academic Scholars Award, served as the Associate Managing Editor of the Rutgers Journal of Law and Religion, and was one of three participants chosen to compete in the John J. Gibbons’ National Criminal Procedure Moot Court Competition. Mr. Rizvi also volunteered at various Pro Bono Projects in law school, including the Domestic Violence Pro Bono Project, the Street Law Pro Bono Project, and the Income Tax Association Pro Bono Project.
Mr. Rizvi is admitted into practice in the state of New Jersey.
