Stefan E. Flickinger
Stefan E. Flickinger is an Associate in the Energy Group at Burns White who focuses his practice on due diligence, title curative, and certified title opinions in oil and gas matters. He also represents energy clients in oil and gas lease litigation.
Additionally, Mr. Flickinger works in the firm’s Real Estate and Property Services practice group assisting with mortgage foreclosures; drafting deeds; preparing HUDS for Closing; resolving issues with mapping and assessments; reviewing deed descriptions and development plans; utilizing GIS technology; and preparing title reports to identify potential issues prior to closings.
Prior to joining Burns White, he clerked for the American Civil Liberties Union and the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development.
Mr. Flickinger graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2012, where he was an inaugural teaching fellow of the Marshall Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project designed to instruct high school students about constitutional law, civics, and moot court. Rounding out his education, Mr. Flickinger received a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Washington in 2007.
