William M. Buchanan

William (“Will”) M. Buchanan is a Member in Burns White’s Pittsburgh office. He is the chair of the firm’s Bankruptcy and Creditor Right’s Services division, and also practices in the areas of Healthcare litigation and Real Estate.

Mr. Buchanan has represented banks, lenders, credit unions, homeowners’ associations, property managers, and other creditors and parties in interest in federal and state court for a wide variety of bankruptcy and commercial litigation issues. He has also represented doctors, nurses, hospitals, long-term care facilities and personal care / assisted-living facilities in healthcare liability litigation.

Mr. Buchanan is a graduate of Allegheny College and Duquesne University School of Law.
