Burns White’s Tampa office has steadily expanded since its establishment in February 2022. We are interested in continuing that trajectory with a plan of growth for the future, and we are seeking attorneys who want to put down roots and be a part of that growth. Burns White’s Tampa Healthcare Litigation Department is a developing practice team focused on the representation of long-term healthcare providers and the defense of medical malpractice, professional liability, and auto claims. We are hard working with a strong sense of teamwork and camaraderie. We are committed to diversity and are honored to have achieved the Mansfield Rule Certification. We take client service seriously, but our environment is casual and flexible.

Ideal candidates are…
- Licensed in Florida
- 3-5 yrs of experience in healthcare, long-term care litigation, medical malpractice, personal injury, general liability, or auto
- Interested in taking depositions and assessing medical issues
- Willing to take initiative, ask questions, take on challenging assignments, and collaborate with team members to achieve goals
- Able to balance multiple priorities, apply analytical and creative thinking, interact effectively with clients and other contacts, and function independently in a team environment

The salary range for attorney positions is $90,000 – 180,000 based on position, length and applicability of experience, scope of responsibility, and ability to bring or potential to expand business.
