We are currently recruiting and anticipate future openings for various Legal Assistant and Paralegal positions across the firm. We also anticipate expansion of our fully remote Production Center.

LEGAL ASSISTANTS play a vital role in supporting attorneys in their day-to-day practice. In addition to various administrative responsibilities, Legal Assistants coordinate workflow to/from the Production Center to ensure work is completed within deadlines and according to attorneys’ specifications. Many of our Legal Assistants are also high profile and skilled at customer service in serving as a point of contact for our clients. Legal Assistant is a great position for someone who wants to become expert in the proceedings and nuances of a particular practice area, and who wants to be part of a group working toward a common goal. Experience as a Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary is highly preferred, but we will consider candidates with transferable non-legal experience.
PARALEGALS make significant contributions to their practice groups by assisting with general case management, developing specialized practice and procedural knowledge, and conducting and analyzing research. Paralegals may also provide direct support at depositions and trials, and partner with the litigation support team to manage discovery and other projects. Paralegals often interact with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and external agencies. A Paralegal Certificate or Bachelor’s Degree is required, or equivalent experience. Litigation experience is a plus for experienced paralegal candidates. We can consider recent graduates for some positions, which is an excellent opportunity to begin a legal career.
DOCUMENT SPECIALISTS are the backbone of document production for the entire firm – all offices, all practice areas. Our Production Center offers a unique opportunity in that it provides all the advantages of working independently, but also the luxury of being a part of a larger team of highly skilled peers. Our Document Specialists utilize advanced technical skills in the preparation of legal documents, spreadsheets, and more. Practice groups across the firm rely on our fully remote Production Center to assist with daily work as well as special projects. There is a lot of variety, and no two days are the same. This position is for someone who prefers to manage their own work, work day, and workload rather than working as part of a specific practice team. With expanded (but still daylight) hours of operation, work schedules can be more flexible including 4×10 and part time. Ideal candidates have excellent technical skills along with Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary, or other relevant experience.
Equipment, Physical/Mental Demands, Working Conditions
Personal computer and other office equipment such as telephone, typewriter, calculator, fax machine, duplicating machine, etc.
Sitting for extended periods, standing, bending, stooping, and reaching. Occasional lifting up to 20 pounds. Manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office machines. Range of hearing and vision sufficient to operate standard office machines and communicate in person and via telephone with internal and external customers.
Able to deal with stress in a fast-paced work environment with multiple priorities. Make decisions and adapt to changing work situations. Grasp and apply new ideas and technologies. Communicate and successfully interact with various personalities at all organizational levels.
