Biography
Sean T. Rohtla is a Staff Attorney at Burns White focusing his practice in all areas of litigation including, among others, complex and commercial litigation, employment, and healthcare and long-term care.
Prior to joining Burns White, Mr. Rohtla litigated personal injury claims throughout Allegheny County and the surrounding counties of western Pennsylvania. In that role, he represented individuals in matters related to commercial and private motor vehicle injuries, premises liability, catastrophic injuries, wrongful death claims, and survival actions.
Mr. Rohtla received his Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Legislation and Regulation; Litigation Strategy and Planning; and Pennsylvania Practice, along with The Honorable R. Stanton Wettick Prize for Excellence in Pennsylvania Practice. He also was an Associate Editor for the Pittsburgh Tax Review. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
Mr. Rohtla is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
