Qualifications include…

  • Pennsylvania license required; Delaware or New Jersey license a plus
  • At least five years healthcare litigation, medical malpractice, personal injury, or general liability experience
  • Self-starter with track record of taking initiative and embracing challenges
  • Demonstration of critical, analytical, and creative thinking
  • Effective in supervising or overseeing the work of others
  • Proven leadership, training, feedback, and mentoring skills
  • Ability to establish rapport and build relationships with strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Potential to bring or develop business a plus

The salary range for attorney positions is $90,000 – 180,000 based on position, length and applicability of experience, scope of responsibility, and ability to bring or potential to expand business.
