Attorney Margonari Secures Dismissal of Hospital Client at Trial

Attorney Daniel Margonari successfully secured the dismissal of a Defendant Hospital from a medical malpractice case filed in Fayette County, Pennsylvania. The suit alleged that agents of the hospital were negligent in the treatment of a patient following a C-section, allowing her to develop an infection causing permanent injuries. On August 16, 2023, after two and a half days of trial, the Defendant Hospital’s motion for nonsuit was granted.
