Biography
Aaron C. Baker is Of Counsel in Burns White’s Wilmington, DE office. Mr. Baker focuses his practice on Healthcare and Long-Term Care law, defending doctors, hospitals, and long-term care health facilities in medical malpractice and liability matters.
Prior to joining Burns White, Mr. Baker represented local and state governments in the State of Delaware where he managed all aspects of civil litigation related to civil rights and employment law, contracts, land use, and administrative law.
Mr. Baker received his Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law, cum laude, where he was a Senior Editor at The Delaware Journal of Corporate Law. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Delaware where he received the Thomas J. Craven Prize for historical research and writing.
Mr. Baker is admitted to practice in the Delaware Supreme Court, the United States District Court of Delaware and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
