Biography

Christopher F. Foster is an Associate in the firm’s Tampa, Florida office.  Mr. Foster focuses his practice in the areas of medical malpractice defense, long-term health care defense, hospital liability, personal injury defense, and premises liability defense.

Prior to joining Burns White, Mr. Foster was a Senior Defense Attorney representing clients in nursing home defense and medical malpractice matters.  He also participated in arbitration and mediation as part of Alternative Dispute Resolution of claims.

Mr. Foster received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School.  He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Florida. 

Mr. Foster is licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.
