Biography
Danielle L. Stewart is a Member in Burns White’s Pittsburgh office. Ms. Stewart focuses her practice on Discovery and E-Discovery topics within Railroad Law. Ms. Stewart has extensive experience utilizing technology to conduct investigations and aid litigation with deep subject matter expertise in all stages of EDRM lifecycle.
Prior to joining Burns White, Ms. Stewart practiced at a Pittsburgh firm where she advised clients on regulatory compliance matters and represented clients in investigations and enforcement actions before the Department of Justice, Federal Trade Commission, and several State Attorneys General, across various industries.
Ms. Stewart received her Juris Doctor and her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Dayton. She is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and Ohio.
