Biography

David Wisniewski is an Associate in the firm’s Philadelphia office. Mr. Wisniewski focuses his practice in the areas of employment, medical malpractice defense and commercial litigation.

Prior to joining Burns White, Mr. Wisniewski was an attorney for a New Jersey firm where he defended local employers in various employment and wage-hour disputes. He also represented various regional and national facilities management companies in personal injury litigation.

Mr. Wisniewski received his Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Gettysburg College.

Mr. Wisniewski is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, the United States District Court of Appels for the Third Circuit, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the District of New Jersey.
