Biography
Dominique M. Kendus is an Associate in the firm’s Wilmington, Delaware office. Ms. Kendus focuses her practice on defending doctors, hospitals, and long-term care health facilities in medical malpractice and liability maters.
Prior to joining Burns White as an associate, Ms. Kendus was a law clerk at the firm. She conducted research, reviewed and analyzed medical reports to prepare medical chronologies, and assisted in witness preparation for interviews and depositions. She was also a law clerk at a Delaware firm where she assisted attorneys in healthcare matters.
Ms. Kendus received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Widener University Delaware Law School. During law school, she was the Internal Managing Editor and Staff Writer for the Widener Law Review. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English, with a minor in Legal Studies from the University of Delaware, where she completed the paralegal certification program.
Ms. Kendus is licensed to practice law in the state of Delaware.
