Biography

Francesca E. “Kika” Varischetti is an Associate in the firm’s Pittsburgh office where she concentrates her practice in the areas of complex and commercial litigation, and employment law matters. 

Prior to accepting a position with the firm, Ms. Varischetti worked as a summer law clerk at Burns White where as part of the firm’s program she served as a legal intern at PNC Bank supporting the Human Resource Legal group summarizing internal employment law matters, including workplace policies, compliance requirements, and restrictive covenants. 

Ms. Varischetti received her Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law where she received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for Business Organizations.  While in law school she also served as the Membership & Inclusion Chair for the University of Pittsburgh Law Review.  She received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology, magna cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh. 

Ms. Varischetti is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
