Biography

Jacob M. Jeffries is an Associate in Burns White’s Wheeling, West Virginia office. Mr. Jeffries defends healthcare providers, healthcare systems and other medical entities in complex medical malpractice litigation.

 Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Jeffries served as a Law Clerk for a South Carolina firm where he conducted legal research and assisted with matters involving federal and state criminal law.  He also served as a Personal Injury Extern where he prepared demand letters and analyzed client injuries, damages, and supporting documentation in connection with insurance claims.

 Mr. Jeffries received his Juris Doctor from Charleston School of Law in 2026.  He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, summa cum laude, from West Virginia University in 2023.

 Mr. Jeffries is licensed to practice law in the state of West Virginia.
