Biography

Jonathan C. Herron is an Associate in the firm’s Healthcare and Long-Term Care practice group, located in the Cherry Hill, New Jersey office.  Mr. Herron focuses his practice on the defense of doctors, hospitals, and long-term care health facilities in medical malpractice and liability matters.

Prior to joining Burns White, Mr. Herron was an attorney at a New Jersey firm where he represented creditors in collections, bankruptcy, landlord tenant, subrogation, home warranty arbitration and other litigation in New Jersey state and federal courts.

Mr. Herron received his Juris Doctor from Delaware Law School at Widener University.  He received his Master of Arts degree from Jewish Theological Seminary of America.  At the University of Hartford he received his Bachelor of Arts degree. 

Mr. Herron is admitted to practice law in New Jersey in both state and federal courts, and the United States Court of Appeals for Veteran Claims.
