Biography

Julia A. Spokane is an Associate in the firm’s Pittsburgh office where she concentrates her practice in the areas of healthcare defense, ethics and legal malpractice defense, insurance coverage and extracontractual litigation, and complex and commercial litigation. 

Prior to accepting a position with the firm, Ms. Spokane worked as a summer law clerk at Burns White.  She also served as a Judicial Intern to The Honorable Nicola Henry-Taylor of the Court of Common Pleas, Fifth Judicial District, Family Division.

Ms. Spokane received her Juris Doctor from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University, magna cum laude.  She received her Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from Duquesne University.

Ms. Spokane is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
