Biography
Peyton E. Myers is an Associate at the firm’s Pittsburgh office, focusing her practice on Healthcare and Long-Term Care law, defending doctors, hospitals, and long-term care health facilities in medical malpractice and liability matters.
Prior to joining Burns White, Ms. Myers was an Assistant District Attorney at the Allegheny County District Attorney’s Office where she prosecuted misdemeanor and felony cases from investigation through trial.
Ms. Myers received her Juris Doctor from Duquesne University School of Law. While in law school, she served as an Executive Content Editor for the Energy and Environmental Law Journal and was a certified legal intern in the Federal Litigation Clinic where she was selected to present and delivered oral argument before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, cum laude, from Duquesne University.
Ms. Myers is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
