Biography
Philip M. Mintz is an Associate at Burns White, and is located in the firm’s Philadelphia office. Mr. Mintz focuses his practice on defending healthcare providers and medical professionals against professional and general liability matters.
Prior to joining Burns White, Mr. Mintz was an attorney at a medical malpractice defense firm in King of Prussia where he represented health care professionals and institutions in various matters, including on appeal before the Pennsylvania Superior and Supreme Courts.
Mr. Mintz received his Juris Doctor from Widener University Commonwealth Law School, where he received the Trial Advocacy Honor Society Outstanding Executive Board Member Award and the Outstanding Service Award. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from West Virginia University.
Mr. Minitz is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
