Biography
Samuel Michael Evans is an Associate in Burns White’s Pittsburgh office. Mr. Evans focuses his practice in the areas of commercial and general liability, cybersecurity and data privacy, employment, business, and complex and commercial litigation.
Prior to accepting a position with the firm, Mr. Evans worked as a summer law clerk at Burns White’s Pittsburgh office with the litigation team. He received his Juris Doctor from Duquesne University School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude. While in law school at Duquesne University, Mr. Evans was a member of the Duquesne Law Review and received the CALI Award for Excellence in Contracts, Remedies, and Pennsylvania Pretrial Civil Litigation. Mr. Evans received his Bachelor of Arts in Politics with a major in Government from the University of Virginia.
Mr. Evans is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
