Biography

Mr. Randall L. Trautwein is Counsel in the firm’s Huntington, West Virginia office where he focuses his practice on insurance and bad faith defense matters and civil litigation matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Trautwein represented a broad spectrum of clients in civil litigation, insurance defense, construction, employment, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights and estate planning.

Mr. Trautwein received his Juris Doctor from Duke University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Marshall University.

Mr. Trautwein is admitted to practice in West Virginia, the United States District Court for the Southern and Northern Districts of West Virginia, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.
