Breast cancer has touched many lives throughout the United States—and every now and again, it hits too close to home. To show a small token of support of Paralegal Shirlene A. Borsos’ battle against breast cancer, Burns White is donating $2,500 to her institution of choice — the Magee-Womens Research Institute, a home for University of Pittsburgh researchers who are engaged in research that spans reproductive biology and development, and diverse aspects of women’s health.
In an effort to increase awareness about the disease, Ms. Borsos was recently featured on KDKA news for an empowering moment captured on camera at a Tim McGraw concert.
