Our attorney, Brian Davis, coached one of Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University’s Appellate Moot Court teams during the United States National Rounds of the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition in Atlanta last weekend.
The team advanced to the International Rounds of the Jessup Competition, marking the first time a Duquesne Kline School of Law team has reached the international stage. Along the way, the team secured several awards, including the 5th Best Memorial in the nation out of 91 participating teams, the 25th Best Advocate award, and the #1 Best Advocate in the United States of America out of 360 students!
Pictured here are the coaches, Brian Davis and Amy Kerlin, with their team, Olivia Brophy, Darren McKenzie, and Collin Ishimaru. Congratulations to the team and best of luck at the International Rounds in Washington, D.C.!
