Burns White announced today that seven attorneys and their support staff from Pittsburgh-based firm DiBella Weinheimer, P.C. will join the Pittsburgh office, effective March 1, 2026.
The addition of DiBella Weinheimer attorneys will further enhance the firm’s existing Complex and Commercial Litigation, Legal Malpractice, Attorney Discipline and Ethics practice area, Insurance Coverage and Extracontractual Litigation, and Transportation and Logistics practice groups.

Partners Bethann Lloyd, Kathleen McAllister, Holly Whalen; Associates Madeline Groff, Aaliyah Hyacinthe; Of Counsel Richard DiBella, Robert Weinheimer, and legal support staff will join Burns White in its Strip District location. The merging of the two firms will result in Burns White having more than 65 attorneys in Pittsburgh and more than 175 attorneys firm-wide across 32 practice areas.
