Burns White announced that Bethann Lloyd will chair the firm’s Ethics and Legal Malpractice Defense group. Ms. Lloyd is a litigator with more than 30 years of experience in professional liability defense, including legal malpractice, Dragonetti Act, disciplinary, and legal ethics matters; subpoena assistance; licensure; lawyer disputes; risk avoidance; and other professional liability claims.
The firm has also appointed Kathleen S. McAllister as Co-Chair of the firm’s Insurance Coverage and Insurance Litigation group. Ms. McAllister is an experienced litigator with more than 45 years of experience representing clients in complex insurance coverage and litigation, extracontractual insurance litigation, motor vehicle and premises liability, and personal injury matters. She joins the existing chair, Matthew J. Perry.
