Attorney Wayne Langerholc Jr. has been sworn in for his third four-year term in the Pennsylvania State Senate. He has also been elected by the Republican Caucus to serve as Majority Whip, a key Senate leadership position, ranking third behind the President Pro Tempore and Majority Leader.
