What we do…
- Support multiple attorneys in their day-to-day practice
- Serve as a point of contact and providing customer service to clients
- Coordinate workflow to/from the Production Center, ensuring work is completed within deadlines and according to attorneys’ specifications
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and keep track of deadlines
- Maintain filing systems (primarily electronic)
Ideal candidates are:
- At least one year litigation experience required, preferably in a medical-related practice area
- Strong technical skills including advanced MS Word and experience with document management systems
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload, and prioritize tasks with competing deadlines
- Quick learner who can understand and follow specific, detailed instructions
- Attentive to detail and highly accurate
- Excellent organizational skills, communication skills and professionalism to regularly interact with clients.

Equipment, Physical/Mental Demands, Working Conditions
Personal computer and other office equipment such as telephone, typewriter, calculator, fax machine, duplicating machine, etc. Sitting for extended periods, standing, bending, stooping, and reaching. Occasional lifting up to 20 pounds. Manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office machines. Range of hearing and vision sufficient to operate standard office machines and communicate with clients in person and via telephone. Able to deal with stress in a fast-paced work environment with multiple priorities. Make decisions and adapt to changing work situations. Grasp and apply new ideas and technologies. Communicate and successfully interact with various personalities at all organizational levels. Typical office setting, normally Monday through Friday business hours. Occasional overtime as required.
