Attorneys Margonari & Nelson Obtain Defense Verdict on Behalf of Hospital & Physician Group

Attorneys Daniel Margonari and Jessica Nelson obtained a defense verdict on behalf of their clients, a hospital and a physician group, after a five-day jury trial in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas. The case involved allegations of negligence by the family of a gentleman who underwent cardiac surgery. A complication arose during surgery, resulting in the patient’s death. The jury found in favor of the defendants on all claims.
