The arbitrators unanimously found in favor of the retail group concluding there was no evidence of a violation of the UTPCPL and no evidence of any damages
- Successfully obtained the dismissal of a multi-national foreign-based corporation from a substantial property loss case involving a fire allegedly caused by a lithium-ion battery cell manufactured by the firm’s client. Kane and Harlovic successfully argued that the Pennsylvania federal court lacked jurisdiction over the foreign corporation based on State and U.S. Supreme Court precedent.
