Members Stuart T. O’Neal and M. Sean Maravich obtained a complete defense verdict on behalf of Chestnut Hill Hospital in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County. The trial, which lasted close to two weeks, was presided over by the Honorable Denis P. Cohen.
