Attorney Twilla Obtains Defense Verdict in Alleged Insurance Bad Faith Case

Attorney Daniel Twilla obtained a defense verdict in an insurance bad faith case arising out of the alleged unreasonable denial of first-party insurance benefits.  The verdict followed a three-day non-jury trial in the Court of Common Pleas of Monroe County, Pennsylvania.  The trial court found that the insurer’s denial of benefits was not “unreasonable, reckless or intentional.”
