Attorneys Damico, Horvat & Sargent Obtain Dismissals for Two Railroad Clients in Pennsylvania

Attorneys David Damico, Patrick Horvat, and Amanda Sargent were successful in the dismissal of two (2) railroad clients in McKean County, PA.  The team successfully excluded both Plaintiff’s Medical and Liability Experts and thus were granted summary judgment in the case.  The case was set for trial at the beginning of October.
