Burns White announced that David M. McGeady, long-time member, would lead the firm’s Wilmington, DE office as it expands to meet clients’ needs in the area. In this role, McGeady will oversee strategic growth initiatives and client engagement, further reinforcing the firm’s commitment to delivering high-quality services.
McGeady brings extensive experience in the healthcare industry, as he practiced as a registered nurse for nearly two decades before and after entering the practice of law. He has represented a wide array of healthcare institutions and professionals in diverse litigation, including professional malpractice, corporate negligence, general liability, and compliance involving state and federal government regulation of healthcare facilities, contractual disputes, and employment matters. He will focus on enhancing collaboration across practice groups to expand service offerings and continue to build strong relationships within the business and legal communities.
