Biography
Laura B. Garber is an Associate in Burns White’s Philadelphia office. Ms. Garber focuses her practice in the areas of professional and general liability, defending architects, engineers and other design professionals in professional liability claims. In addition, Ms. Garber is a member of the firm’s Appellate and Trial Advocacy team.
Prior to accepting a position with the firm, Ms. Garber was an associate in a Philadelphia are firm where she represented clients in construction defect matter and maintained an appellate practice in the Pennsylvania Courts.
Ms. Garber received her Juris Doctor from The University of Michigan Law School, where she served as the Production Editor of the Michigan Journal of Gender & Law and the Article Editor for the Michigan Journal of Private Equity & Venture Capital Law. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from Grove City College.
Ms. Garber is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, the District of New Jersey and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
