Burns White welcomes seven new attorneys with practices spanning healthcare and insurance coverage to its offices in Cherry Hill, Huntington, Philadelphia, and Wheeling in the third quarter of 2023.

Cherry Hill, New Jersey

Healthcare

Matthew V. Mazza is an Associate in Burns White’s Cherry Hill, New Jersey office focusing his practice on the defense of doctors, hospitals, and long-term care health facilities in medical malpractice and liability matters. Mr. Mazza received his Juris Doctor from New York Law School and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with a Minor in Philosophy, from Seton Hall University.   

Haley S. Newman is an Associate in the firm’s Healthcare and Long-Term Care practice group, located in the Cherry Hill, New Jersey office. Ms. Newman specializes in representing long-term care providers and medical professionals, offering a strong defense against medical malpractice, professional liability, and general liability allegations. Ms. Newman received her Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School and her Bachelor of Arts degree in Peace Studies from Goucher College.
