Biography
Clayton R. Fritsch is an Associate in Burns White’s Cherry Hill, New Jersey office. Mr. Fritsch defends doctors, hospitals and long-term care health facilities in medical malpractice and liability matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Fritsch served as the law clerk to The Honorable Kay Walcott-Henderson in both the Mercer County Chancery Division and the New Jersey Appellate Division. Mr. Fritsch researched and drafted bench memoranda on an array of legal issues regarding general equity and those raised on appeal. Prior to attending law school, he worked as a Research and Development Scientist for a pharmaceutical company.
Mr. Fritsch received his Juris Doctor and Certificate in Corporate and Business Law from Rutgers Law School. During law school, he was the recipient of the Merit Scholarship, the Monmouth Bar Foundation Scholarship and the Dean’s Pro Bono Publico Award for Exceptional Service. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Gettysburg College.
Mr. Fritsch is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
