Biography

Emily P. Wisniewski is an Associate at Burns White, and is located in the firm’s Philadelphia office.  Ms. Wisniewski focuses her practice on defending employers, self- insured companies, and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation matters throughout Pennsylvania.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Wisniewski served as a legal professional for national law firms and in-house legal departments. She has experience in defending employment discrimination claims arising under federal and Pennsylvania state laws.

Ms. Wisniewski received his Juris Doctor from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law.  She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Point Park University Rowland School of Business.

Ms. Wisniewski is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
